Why owners join us
Eight houses, not eighty. That is the point.
Big agencies stack houses until yours is a row in a spreadsheet. We keep the list at eight because every home needs an owner-grade eye on it — the boiler serviced, the garden cut, the spare key where it should be.

Say hello
Tell us about the house below. We will walk round together and say plainly whether it fits the list — most do, some need a tweak first.

Ready the house
Safety checks, honest daylight photography, a welcome folder, and the small fixes guests notice. Usually done inside a fortnight.

Welcome guests
We list it, price it by season, meet every arrival, and handle the nine-on-a-Sunday callouts. You watch the statements come in.
Flat 18 per cent
One fee on completed stays. No sign-up charge, no renewal, no extras for linen, photography or callouts.
Your weeks stay yours
Block school holidays, birthdays, the whole of August if you like. The calendar bends around your life, not ours.
Leave any time
No tie-in and no exit fee. Honour the bookings already taken and the house is yours back, with everything documented.
