When you send an enquiry or make a booking, we keep your name, contact details and stay information so we can answer you, hold your dates and welcome you properly. That is the whole of it.
What we keep
Enquiry forms and booking records: your name, email, phone number if you share it, dates, party size and anything you tell us about access needs or dogs. Reviews you choose to leave, with the name you sign them.
What we never do
We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join. There is no newsletter here; if that ever changes, joining it will be your choice.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment partner through secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — write to hello@driftwoodshorestays.co.uk and we will sort it within a month, usually much sooner.
